Conditions of participation
Driving is in accordance with the traffic regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany. The participant must carry appropriate equipment for a bikepacking tour, in particular equipment that is also roadworthy. The participant is responsible for the technical safety of his equipment (i.e. in particular bicycle and clothing) and undertakes to wear an undamaged helmet during the entire event. By submitting this registration, the participant declares that there are no health concerns against his participation and that he is in sufficient training condition.

- Functioning wheel lighting (with spare batteries)
- Emergency equipment or first aid kit
- GPS device / map material of the given route
- Mobile phone with stored emergency number
- Money, identity card and health insurance card
We attach great importance to collegial behaviour. Nobody rides against each other – we ride together!
There is no broom wagon, in the event of premature technical, weather or health-related termination, the journey home must be organized independently.
The participant agrees that the photos, film recordings and other sound or image recordings made in connection with the event may be published and also used for advertising purposes for future events of the organizer. This shall not give rise to any claim to remuneration.
The participant expressly confirms the accuracy of all data provided by him/her. The participant also agrees that the data provided in the registration may be stored electronically and that his/her name may be displayed on a public list of participants.
The registration will be confirmed after receipt of payment, after which the starting place is considered secure. With my registration I accept the typical form of organization for Brevets.
I am aware that the minimum age is 18 years and that participation is at my own risk. I know that I am on a private ride and that the STVO must be observed. I will not make any claims against the organiser should I suffer any damage or injury as a result of my participation.
